So I just found a decent distribution (http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingwbuilds/files/external-binary-packages/Qt-Builds/) which works properly so far. They all seemed to have in common a problem where something132.lib was not found, but a somethingi32.lib or a something32.lib did exist in SDK. Perhaps you could search your computer for that file and see if it actually exists anywhere. You can check if this is the problem by going to the Windows SDK directory and taking a look. Reload to refresh your session. But the error was not solved.
